If you notice an (x) above one of the diagrams, as on the first diagram in the last line on the page, that means: don't play that string. Sometimes I'll give you an alternate chord as with that D7 at the end of the first line. At the 7th fret that D7 is quite a stretch! I've given you two alternatives there that will work just as well.
