Sing - A - Long Party
A banjo player, even with a limited knowledge of chords, is in the enviable position
to be able to lead informal sing-a-longs in retirement homes, rest homes and
hospitals, etc.  The pleasure, joy and healing atmosphere that is created with this
kind of a function is hard to describe.  It needs to be experienced and only then
will one understand the joy that it creates for the audience and for the performer.

"Sing-a-Long Party" is a great collection of popular sing-a-long tunes arranged in
good singing keys, with, in some cases, simplified accompaniment chords.  The
performer is supplied with a spiral bound book of lead sheets with the melody on
the staff, the accompaniment chords in bold letters above and the words in bold,
easy to read letters, below. You have the choice of the full "Sing-a-Long Party"
with 100 songs or the new edition with 42 songs which is enough to do an hour of
sing-a-long entertainment.  Please check the indexes to both choices.

A master song booklet with all the words to the tunes is included with both
choices. The lead sheets in the song book are keyed to the page numbers in the
booklets.  Any print shop is able to make copies from your master, or, it has been
my experience that retirement facilities, assisted living facilities, etc. are all very
capable and willing to print the copies for you.
